I welcome you to explore the world of yoga with me. I have been trained by the wonderful Derek Ralphs RYT500, in Vancouver, BC. I am a RYT200 having completed 350 hours of training.
I have an extensive back ground in sport, competing as both a Short and Long track speed skater for 14 years. I was pushed into retirement due to a back injury which led me to yoga.
What first brought me to yoga was the need to de-stress and find a way to cope with my injury. I have been a practicing yogi since 2005, and now find joy in other activities such as running, cycling, hiking and weight lifting.
I hope you will allow me to guide you along your journey in life what ever it may be.
